The ATAUÚBA Store Return Policy is really simple
When you receive the item at home, you must check it as soon as possible upon receipt and always before use.
Please ensure that a return authorization number is obtained directly from our online support service before attempting to return an item to the store.
You have the right to change your mind.

What to do to return the item
You must tell the customer service team your number

If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process the refund back to the original credit / debit / PayPal / ATM card used to purchase the item.
Any item you have accepted and then returned will be your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you ship your item back to us using a delivery service that assures you of the value of the goods.
What follow-up will we give
· All products returned to Loja ATAUÚBA are checked by our return department.
· If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the price of your item (including the cost of delivery).
